'From arriving to checking out, the staff and their service was exceptional. The venue was clean and upscale as the pictures reflect online. The room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay again at this location when visiting Riverwalk downtown SA in the future. '

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...
