'On my first day as soon as I checked in a dog was continuously barking to the point I had to report it. Same day at 3:00AM a fire alarm was blaring asking everyone to evacuate the hotel. I was on the ninth floor! When we got to the third floor the stairs were blocked and no instructions as to how to proceed, so we had to reenter the floor and use another exit. All that to be told it was a false alarm. The lack of security and safety was non existent. My room had a connecting door and the noise...

'The room was clean. There were a couple of things I didn't care for. Breakfast was not included, and there was no parking other than valet. In addition, I told the front desk that I wanted a do-not-disturb sign and didn't want anyone cleaning the room while I wasn't there. They said they would follow my wishes; however, when I got back from my conference, someone had cleaned the room while I wasn't there. 'This hotel is simply amazing. Everything is perfect about it. 10/10 ! Thank you !'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!'

'Excellent excellency n more excellent'

'Staff were so kind and helpful and the property is beautiful'

'Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.'
