'No breakfast, room was dirty. Filters were removed from ac/heat and laying on the floor. Room was requested to have a roll in shower and we sis not get what was requested '

'No refrigerator as described in the hotel amenities. Just dirty carpet in the spot where it was supposed to be. Called the hotel desk and stated it wasn't supposed to have one. When checking out they said it was supposed to have one. All my yogurts and lunch meat spoiled. '

'The service was great. We were greeted with a smile. The young lady at the desk was very professional and courteous. She recommended restaurants close by, but we live in the area and knew the area well. The bathroom was spotless. The carpet was not run down like in some hotels I've been to. We loved the shower. The bed was comfortable. Please don't let this hotel get run down. We stayed here on a recommendation from my niece who stayed in the area last year. She said the people and the hotel...
