'Wij waren in Orlando voor een familie reünie en hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis heeft een prachtig uitzicht, praktisch en ruim ingericht en was goed schoon. Het huis mag wel wat (verf) onderhoud. Daarbij was het servies (bestek, borden, wijn-/bier glazen) te beperkt. Wel fijn dat de bedden waren opgemaakt, en er wasmiddel, zeepjes, handdoeken en vuilniszakken aanwezig waren. 'When we arrived at the house, the grass was over grown, people were walking through the yard right next to the house. Once we got into the house, the floors were sticky. Part of the stairs were broken. Parts of the outlets were broken. The host was very hard to reach. '

'We stayed at this property for 2 nights. The kids absolutely loved the design! You could tell a lot of attention to detail went into decorating this condo. The consoles were super convenient to have, especially on the rain days. Our kids absolutely loved it! Vista Cay is a really nice community and has pool, gym and amenities for everybody to enjoy. Any small issues we had were immediately addressed by the owner. He is very responsive and communicative. '

'I would have given the property management an A+, if they had not treated me so poorly in the final hour of my stay. The access code was cancelled one hour prior to check out - a technical issue according tot their help desk. As I was travelling alone, I could not re-enter the condo. It took me 35 minutes with the reception desk and a helpdesk member to re-enter. 'After a different host for a different house “ghosted” us, we were lucky to find this to host 4 moms and 5 girls for the 2nd wave of AAU volleyball tournament at the Orange Co Convention Center (thanks too to the excellent customer service once we connecting with manager “Marla” at VRBO! You have my loyalty as a property aggregator now for sure!) House was lovely, perfect set up and sooooo well provisioned. Upon booking we received an automatic email with a 67-page house guide.
