'Excellent location to the Nokomis beaches. Very clean. Bed was comfortable, hotel provides just the basics. '

'The resort pool was closed with no notice to guests, we were told the morning of, someone had rented it out so hotel guests had no access all day. Thankfully (so I thought) I had chair reservations at the adults only pool however my chairs had been given away and there were no chairs left. Housekeeping never came in 8 nights although they claim to provide housekeeping services. I had to go to the front desk daily to ask for towels and take out my garbage as no one ever came when I called...

'There is a coffee and ice cream shop next-door. Did not use the amenities at all nor did I look at them. The rooms do need updating but would not keep me from staying there again as it is a reasonable priced property. The front desk staff is amazing! So helpful! You get a parking pass or downtown for your car which is great! '

'The pool was too cold to use still. The rooms could have been much cleaner. Use of bleach around the bathroom floors, tub and sink would help. The carpets would benefit greatly from shampooing. '
