'The property was not particularly clean. The outside area at the back was grubby,and neglected therefore we never used it. The shower needed a deep clean. The bedroom carpet was stained. The sofas were still damp from an attempt to clean them. Overall downstairs there was a pervasive smell of dog, which the fabreze the owner supplied did little to mask. The bed linen however was pristine and the mattress very comfortable! The kitchen was clean and adequately equipped. Overall below par.'
