Direct kwam de beheerder en gaf direct aan wat de code was van het deurslot, vroeg onze naam en gaf aan dat op de eerste etage onze kamer was. tijdsduur 30 seconden. Geen welkom, goede reis gehad, uitleg over ontbijt, koffie staat ... etc. De kamer was zeer klein, lcd tv schermpje en nagenoeg geen plaats om 2 kleine koffers te plaatsen. 'Booked a non smoking room smell like marijuana and the fire alarm was disabled which is a fire hazard I refuse le to stay there.the door looked like it had been kicked in booked a room for two they gave us one towel no toiletries tried to get my money back they denied the claim the owner didn’t pick up the phone. STAY AWAY. I thought I’d be getting the house to ourselves there was other people there even a child the area was trashy with trash and dog poop on the sidewalk didn’t feel like a hotel...

'We had a wonderful stay and had everything we needed. Location was wonderful, everything was spotless, bed was very comfy, bathroom was great, and we didn't know it, but we got a surprise porch off our room facing the harbor. Kai, the owner, was in touch and made our stay even more comfortable offering us a car rental when the rest of town was sold out. I recommend the Inn at Old Harbor highly and will absolutely be staying again,'
