'The hotel was in a very convenient location. We were able to walk to restaurants and shopping nearby. The room was modern. Bed was comfortable and AC worked well and was quiet. There was a complimentary breakfast basket delivered to the room each day. There was a special house blend coffee in the room and a coffee shop on-site for more elaborate coffee drinks. There was complimentary wine and cheese/charcuterie each evening. This was an excellent hotel and provided quality and amenities...

Dining options range from aristocratic to common accommodations. But all include wait staff that treat you as a VIP. The rooms are fit for royalty; and the welcome gift of your own book, “Biltmore, An American Masterpiece”, is a treasure to memorialize your experience.'

'The hotel was oke-ish. Rooms are noisy (I had bad luck to have a couple of kids next door), also for traffic noise. Rooms are kind of clean but not perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable though! The building needs some serious maintenance. Breakfast was bad, like so bad I would advice to just do not offer breakfast to the guests. It saves money and a big disappointment..'
