Hotels met fitnessruimte in Downtown Colorado Springs

'Ok, so it’s a 3 star, but they seem to be pushing that to the downside. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful, but I’ve never really experienced bad service generally in the US. The hotel however, is pretty woeful. It feels like a very old property that that are trying to squeeze a last decade out of before it’s condemned. Nothing really works that well; only 2 of the 3 lifts work, the rooms are shabby, the bathrooms even shabbier, room service is non-existent…they have a green towel...

Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.'
