'Lake views were nice. However trying to park our truck in the garage was impossible. We were then asked to park at an adjacent parking spot and we received a big warning tow away ticket. We decided to go back to valet and they refused to valet. So now we have no where to park. We asked the valet manager what other options are there to park. He said to park in first level of valet. Aside from those two things, the place was nice in a convenient spot and the pool was great. We specifically picked the room for the fact that it had a balcony, but unfortunately the outdoor furniture was so uncomfortable that we ended up spending zero time out on it which was a bummer.
