'The house was as advertised. We enjoyed having a living room where we could congregate but had privacy in our own rooms. We stayed here to be in between The Grand Canyon and Sedona. The only suggestion I would say is we were from Wisconsin/Minnesota and the packers were playing in Phoenix that Sunday. It would have been nice to have a channel we could have seen it on the tv at the house. Overall a great place for our family.'

'Although I did have a little trouble signing into the Wi-Fi, the proprietor was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, and there was a rain shower head in the bathroom.'

'My partner and I greatly enjoyed our stay at the Beaver House! It was clean and quiet. The huge backyard was a wonderful place to sit and soak in the beautiful flagstaff scenery! The Beaver house had everything we needed during our stay, including a full fridge, stove, microwave, coffee pot and even a washer and dryer if necessary. Highly recommend staying for the weekend or longer if you can!'
