'The interior is a bit outdated. The wall in the shower was broken where the fixture was. The toilet was a much older one, that flushed slowly. Everything else was decent, but I think the room rates need to be reduced based on how old everything is inside. My room did not look as updated as the pictures online'

'Heading into town for a concert so I called ahead to check in at 2pm and was told my room would be ready. Arrived at 2pm and room was not ready but it would be ready no later than 3pm. Grabbed lunch and arrived back to hotel at 3:30pm and room was still not ready. Finally checked into room shortly before 4pm - 2 hours AFTER I was told room would be available. I was told room wasn’t ready because hotel was short staffed with cleaning the rooms. I love how the hotel inefficiently schedules...
