'We had a wonderful experience at the Tower of London. It is such an iconic place, full of history, and absolutely worth visiting when in London. A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...

'Cozy and small apartment with a nicely furnished kitchen. Very close to Brick Lane and several tube and DLR station. Many nice restaurants in the surroundings. At night, it can be quite loud as the windows don’t properly insulate from outside noises. The hotel is next to the train tracks and it happened that there were a couple of parties nearby. They provide earplugs, though. Some points of improvement - the kitchen lacks basic items like salt, oil, and a kitchen cloth to dry the dishes, that...

'Super mooi appartement. Heerlijke bedden. Echt super...

'The place was awesome! Sweet air conditioning that blasted during the worst heat wave in 20 years. They saved me!'

'Really cozy room, very nice location, bathroom was clean, kitchen utilities as well. Only thing was that the stairs in the building up to the room were a little unfortunate and very narrow. That wasn’t a problem for us but it is worth mentioning.'

'They get two stars for being responsive to my issues, and the room was generally comfortable. It was not clean and a bit janky, though. Therefore, I could not truly be comfortable. The kitchen sink had a very leaky faucet, there was hair in the refrigerator and prior to them changing the sheets per my request, there were specs of ‘who knows what’ and little hairs in the bed. Also, it wasn’t clear how to turn on the towel warmer or how to exit the front gate. When rushing down to catch Ubers, I...
