'Everything was outstanding!'

'This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. '

'My son was on spring break and I couldn’t get off work to go to far from home. He’d been wanting to go to the claw machine arcade that had recently opened in the Louisville area. The hotel was great not sure why but I’m liking the drury inns. Room was clean beds were comfortable shower was good and hot and plenty of water pressure. Breakfast was great missed it the first nite from driving the nite before to get there but enjoyed it on day 2'

'I booked this hotel for a quick one night stay with my teenage daughter so that we could attend a concert. It was in between the venue and other activities we wanted to do. The reviews on Expedia were decent and the price was good. I’m not sure how this establishment had any good reviews. It was by far the worst hotel stay I have experienced. 'Perfect place to stop and rest while travelling. Convenient, close to the highway and restaurants. Quiet and modern rooms, we would stop here again.'
