'The property is beautiful. Our room was lovely—very clean and comfortable. The seating in our room was perfect for reading, and the balcony an extra treat. Allen was so gracious and helpful. The location was great for dinner plans and a short easy drive to Churchill Downs. Breakfast was delicious—especially the biscuits and gravy. 'Beauty over Function. I have such mixed opinions about this stay. This hotel is artfully designed and so many fun places to visit within walking distance. The staff is helpful, friendly and welcoming. If you just want a cute place to lay down, great space. BUT there are major accommodations and amenities missing if you need laundry, or dry cleaning services, refrigerator or microwave or just a little bit more living space, this isn’t ideal place.
