'I enjoyed my stay at the Galt but my expectations were not exactly met. I booked a Deluxe Suite in the west tower with a balcony, which was the main reason I wanted the pricier room. But the balcony was infested with spiders! Understandable, but you would think they’d clean them as they clean the rooms especially in the summer months. 'There is no signage outside to show where you should park, and check-in is on the 3rd floor - but there is nothing to tell you. There are multiple doors - none of which have any signs stating you need to go up to the 3rd floor to check-in. Nobody told us we had to call and request housekeeping clean our rooms and, and nothing in the room to let us know. After finally learning, and calling they finally came about 4:00 PM..'
