'When we checked in and went to our room, we opened the door to find it occupied. Thankfully it was at the time of day when no one was in there. It made us uncomfortable knowing the records didn't show it occupied.we didn't feel comfortable leaving anything of value in the room while we were out during the day. The lady at the desk seemed surprised about it being occupied as well. She quickly got us another room and was helpful about it. We mentioned the situation to the gentleman working upon...
