'We were satisfied with our room at the Quality hotel. The checkin was quick and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered hot and cold selections. We could walk to a nearby chain restaurant so we didn’t have to drive after we got settled at the hotel. Staff were helpful and pleasant.'

'The check in process was fast and the staff was kind. However, there was a large whole in hallway ceiling with power cords exposed. It was evident my room was missed by house cleaning. The hardwood floors were dirty with footprints from the last guest. The bathroom had poop on the toilet, floors, and walls, and mysterious items on the floor. 'Staying here was a great experience. Every staff member i talked to was so kind and helpful. Plenty of parking for regular vehicles but wouldn’t recommend it if you are pulling a trailer. The room was clean and the place smelled really good. The mattresses are a little to firm tho. I would definitely stay again.'

'The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! 'Got there to check in and there’s a number on the door to call because the door is locked. Nobody answered the phone called it about 20 times and also called the phone at the desk multiple times there is no answer. We knocked on the door. We drove around the property and ended up having to go check into another hotel nearby now I have to fight to get my money back.'

'I was there for a total of 10 days. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator would freeze everything I put in it and the AC was noisy. The staff was friendly and helpful but they would not fix that refrigerator. '
