'Manager was informed of the condition of the home and honestly just didn’t care. The floors were DISGUSTING! The bathtub and Sinks were DISGUSTING! The towels were dirty. My kids feet turned black from walking in them after her shower. The drains were all so full of old hair that the water was backing up in the tub and sink. The towels had hair all over them, I’d be surprised if they had even washed them. And it says recently remodeled? But the walls are cracked, the paint is chipped and peeling...

'What a very nice small house. Two BR, comfy LR and full kitchen with washer/dryer. Great location in literally the middle of Tulsa. Downtown, Riverside, Broken Arrow, Tulsa Zoo, South Tulsa, Gathering Place or the Oklahoma Aquarium are all just a short drive away. You are right next to the Tulsa Fairgrounds and the Golden Driller. Walk to Walgreens and Target and Reasors Grocery are just down the street. '
