'My first impression was good the out side was clean parking lot was good entering the lobby and family room was nice clean and tidy. I arrived about 5:30 pm young lady was at front desk took my ID and told her what kind of car I drovesigned the sheet gave her a 50$ cash deposit she said I would get back at check out signed for that. 'The night clerk was not friendly at all tried to do small talk with him and got the shaft. No response. Also the complimentary water was not offered as courtesy. Had to ask for them. Got all the way to our room and the card to the did not unlock the door. Went back downstairs and told the clerk the key wouldn’t work to unlock the door.
