'Rob and Clarissa's property is in the perfect location on Brooks Creek. The views are spectacular! We enjoyed listening to the birds or watching the activity on the water while we sipped our morning coffee. The three bedrooms and loft space provided more than enough room for 4 adults and two 17 year old boys. Rob is very responsive to any needs his guests may have. 'Location was great! Property is best for small parties. Our family of 3 with one dog felt tight at times in this little bungalow. Oven did not work, kept tripping the circuit breaker when we tried to use. We were nervous about parking our full sized truck but my husband had no problem. '

'My sister and I have always wanted to visit Smith Island. This house was perfect! Well appointed, comfortable, great location and terrific host. The golf cart was such a huge bonus. We had amazing water tours, walked, relaxed, spotted more birds than we could count. Everyone on the island was beyond friendly. Just had a wonderful time which was amplified by the great accommodations! '

'The seemingly small cottage was deceptively large and well appointed on the inside. We also have a historic home so we loved the mix of original and contemporary additions. The screened in porch was especially delightful on a warm summer night. The location couldn’t be beat. Very pleased with all aspects!'

'The house was nice. Neighbor quiet. It was nice there is a small park across the street for the dog. Had everything I need in the house. It was nice I did not have to bring my own sheets and towels. They were supplied to us. The beach is a short drive up the street, maybe a minute or two and there was plenty of parking. I would stay here again if I go down to ocean city again.'

'Overall the location was peaceful comfortable reliable. Improvements that could benefit us and everyone who stays there would be to repair nail pops, paint the air vents with spray and hinges to stop rust continuing. Replace all pots and pans, the ones that were there were missing in already in need of replacement. Either way we would definitely stay there we felt safe clean and comfortable. Thank you owner s'
