'Room was hot because AC unit was not large enough to cool the room. Property uses a non-fixed AC. Asked for support and was told that AC worked because previous guest did not complain. Asked for fans to at least help cool and fans were not delivered next day, only in third day. '

'This Condo is immaculate and very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and the washer and dryerare a plus. We enjoyed having the patio .There is a beautiful QFC grocery store on the lot behind with "take out" if you choose. Also ,several restaurants wjthin walking distance.We look forward to using this property in the future.'

'The unit didn't have WiFi/internet despite the descrition saying it did. When asked, the property owner took more than a day to reply and couldn't give us a solution. We spent our whole stay without WiFi/internet, which was a major inconvenience as we were not able to do work.'

'As a fellow VRBO owner, I felt the ID requirements and such were a bit much. I felt like it was a TSA Pre-Check situation...and I have TSA precheck. The insurance and deposit should cover the owner just fine to avoid this concern. The stay was pleasant and the place was spotless. It was some good downtime, even though it was a work trip. Vince, the owner, was very quick to respond and helpful.'
