'Called front desk to notify them that I would be delayed by a day to check in, but the person who answered the phone said she was away from the desk and couldn’t check on my reservation. When I arrived the next day the front desk person said my reservation was cancelled and that I was charged for the day that I did not stay there. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The facility looked warn down and not updated. '

On the first day, we were still asleep when the housekeeper entered to change the towels and clean the bathroom with us right there; we woke up from the noise and asked her to leave, and she got annoyed. 'absolutely amazing staff. All the front desk WOMEN were amazing. Alma the house keeper was literally incredible. I really hopw they give her a raise like seriously. She made my stay 1000000 times better. Everybody was very accomodating. I hope they get paid them good.'

'Couldn’t find the entrance well - back side (where directions lead to) was all fenced off with nothing indicating how to get to entrance. Walls very thin - was kept up in middle of night for 2 hours with loud talkers next room and could hear another room clearly through vent in bathroom. Shower had little pressure and random bursts of scalding hot water. Conditioner empty and hair dryer had only cold air (I am sure they would have switched, but cleaning crew could easily check status of these...
