'Het hotel was op zich oké maar kon op veel punten verbeterd worden.
Bij het inchecken moesten we 3 keer terug naar de receptie vooraleer we een werkende sleutel hadden om de kamer binnen te komen.
De muziek bij de liften was oorverdovend hard, de vuilnisbakken puilden uit.
Er was alleen housekeeping op verzoek en dan nog heel mondjesmaat (bezuinigingen?).
Het ontbijt was erg basic en vaak ontbrak ofwel melk, ofwel yoghurt, of nog iets anders gedurende een paar dagen (ook weer...

'First I most say that I checked in on Sunday Oct. 27 and I checked out on Nov. 3, 2024. My check in the young lady at the desk was very nice and she smiled when assisting me and answering my questions. My room was clean and nice. I had a few missing items that others stole from the room. I reported it and the Manager Mrs. Leslie was so nice to help replace everything. During this week stay I saw her and other staff members and they were always smiling and in good spirits. Everything is around...
