'This property met all of our expectations! It was clean, beautiful and centrally located. We really appreciated the garage for parking because our car window was broken during a thunderstorm as we traveled to Oklahoma. We felt extra secure with our car parked inside until the window could be repaired. We had a great stay and will be hoping to stay with you all again!'

'Nice decor and furnishings. Very comfortable place to stay.'

'Thanks'

'Very easy check-in/out. Great location.'

'Room was compact but included all essentials , TV, fridge, microwave all worked well. The walk-in shower felt new and modern too.'

'The room was nothing as described. It was described as an entire apartment with a kitchenette when we arrived we found it to be a motel six single king bed room with a microwave and a refrigerator that barely stayed cold. The pictures of the room/apartment as indicated had a Jacuzzi bathtub as well. That was not there. The host or counter person was on site was very rude and was not communicative at all, though the room was clean. It was not as clean as expected or it should’ve been everything...

'READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE RESERVING!! Listing is extremely inaccurate. The apartment smelled heavily of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Overall the apartment is very run down. Also, listing says that there is a security gate that is closed and locked every night for safety and that you will need a code to get in. That is completely not true. Gate was left open 24 hours a day which allowed a ton of traffic in and out all night. On the second night we were there there was a man breaking into cars,...

'Nothing flashy but everything worked properly. Air conditioning cooled things down even when it was warm outside, clean enough compared to other places along this route.'

'I'd recommend this place to anyone passing through. Rooms were clean with essentials like a fridge and TV. Not luxurious but offered good value compared to other Edmond spots I tried.'

'This lovely property is clean, spacious and well decorated. There is room for a big family. The kitchen is large and sunny. The back yard is great for cooking out, enjoying the hot tub and watching your dogs play. The beds are so, very comfortable! The master bath is great, too. There is a large, deep tub that I enjoyed each night. We will look at threeThis property first, the next time we're in OKC!'

'Unfortunately, our stay was not comfortable. We rented both unit A and B, 6 people and a pet from Sun- Fri. Unit B:Had a allergic reaction as soon as we accessed unit. Purchased a humidifier and things eventually settled. The unit smelled like smoke. The walkway leading to the unit was not very clean or pleasant (smelled). There are stray pets throughout, making it difficult to walk our pet. The backyard space was no good even for pets- it was unkept. Contacted the company, and was first told I...

'The apartment was very clean.'

'Just needed a clean place to crash, and that's what we got! Staff were friendly and helpful. Would come back if passing through again.'

'We were not able to even get inside the place. Instructions were sent a couple days before but it did not include an access instructions. Reached out to the host for access instructions and he responded after a couple hours. I sat in my car outside the property for an hour before calling VRBO customer support. The first agent couldn’t find any access information, the supervisor found it and I thought everything was going to be good. The host then responded with hard to understand communication...

'We even left something behind, and they were happy to coordinate the forwarding. Very above and beyond.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From the moment we walked in it felt cozy, just like home. It was very clean, and equipped with everything one needs during their stay. It’s located within walking distance of the downtown shops and restaurants. We’ll definitely book another stay when we come to Guthrie! The Padden’s'
