'Ryan Cider and Bourbon met us as we parked. My dog Arthur quickly befriended the other 2 dogs. Ryan greeted us and showed us around the grounds and house. The views are spectacular. The house itself is tastefully furnished and items are clearly labeled. Amenities are top-notch and well thought out. There are multiple spices, coffee and cooking oil. The beds are extremely comfortable and we sleep soundly. We did not want to leave the house!! I enjoyed meeting the tortoise and viewing the koi pot....

'The location of this home in Nipomo was great. Short drive to many free beautiful attractions. The rental itself had anything and everything you would ever need. The kitchen is massive and had everything to prepare meals. The neighbors and their pets were very friendly. I would definitely book this home again.'

'Great location! We walked out to the beach and pier several times each day. Home is spacious and in good condition, online photos and descriptions are accurate. The home is a little noisy as the stairways are open - on the first floor we could hear folks talking on the third due to open stairways. Rooftop balcony is great for picnics and enjoying the view. Would definitely stay again - good value.'

'Excellent place to stay in Pismo Beach. House was clean and met our needs for our vacation. The best part was being able to bring our dog. In the past we’ve stayed at beach hotels on the CA coast and you can’t leave your dog in the room. With this place we were able to bring our dog along with us for all of our daytime excursions and we were able to enjoy a nice dinner at a restaurant in the evening leaving our well-behaved dog at the house. Great vacation!'

'The property was very nice and comfortable. Very clean and easily accessible to Pismo Beach and other areas. The patio outside the downstairs' bedroom could have been cleaner and the yard could have been mowed. It was a nice area but not very clean. Other wise a very pleasant stay.'

'The home is what we expected by its posting. We were very comfortable there. It way great for our pups. They had their own space for breaks. Plenty of games and beautiful patio. The neighborhood was nice, quiet and the neighbors were welcoming. Local to everything we enjoy while in Morro Bay. Easy to check in and out of. Would like to visit here again. 'We had an amazing time at this location! Seven of us stayed for a full week. It had a great layout with our older kids. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was clean and with the key code front door, it was super easy for our older kids to come and go as they pleased. It was 2 blocks from the ocean and so close to a bunch of restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere with no issues. It was clean and having a garage was really nice for all our beach toys and bikes. We had no problem parking...

'Enjoyed the property except the 3rd bedroom was not a fit for our group. 80 year olds that need more privacy than walking through the adjoining bedroom. Also too difficult as the beds were against the wall so you would have to climb over each other. One of the couples opted to go get a hotel room.'

'Was a great home base for my friends and I while we spent time in our old college town. The jacuzzi on the back deck was a wonderful nighttime hang. The house felt like staying at a family members home. Had everything we needed. Leslie also left us some welcome treats of local goodies.'

'Erg vriendelijke mevrouw aan de recrptie. De kamer bleek een klein appartementje te zijn. Heel ruim, met 2 grote tv schermen, 1 in de huiskamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. Er was een keukentje met alles erop en eraan, ook een kleine eettafel om aan te zitten. De slaapkamer was ook heel ruim. En alles was brandschoon. We vonden het jammer dat we er niet langer konden blijven '

"Vriendelijke ontvangst, duidelijke uitleg over waar de faciliteiten zijn. Daarnaast een welkomstdrankje en soepje van het huis ontvangen. De kamer was niet schoongemaakt. De hele deur zat onder de koffiespetters en bij de kast zat een grote witte substantie. De douchekop was niet schoongemaakt en de shampoopomp zat los van de inhoud (die was niet vastgedraaid). Daarnaast hoor je veel geluid van buiten in de kamer."
