'Had a terrific time at Holiday Inn Vanuatu. The staff a very attentive and helpful. They are happy to help with requests and do everything with a smile. The facilities are great but did notice a loose tap in my room and my colleagues room had an issue with a water leak. However staff address the issue promptly. The food at the hotel is excellent!'

Staff is lovely, their travel desk can be a bit pushy in offering only their tours (Pele island didn't exist because they didn't offer a tour to it for instance...). Thing to improve is the breakfast. Pancakes, canned fruit, Vegemite and some very dry pastries and that was it. Anything else had to be paid for.'

'Beautiful beach front villa with very helpful friendly staff and great restaurant.'

'Loved everything about our stay! We only had five nights. Wish it had been more. Anne, Petter and staff were so welcoming and the care and small touches make it a special place. I did my PADI recertification while I was there. So pleased to be back diving again. If you want wonderful snorkelling straight off the beach, home-cooked meals using fresh local produce, an intimate setting, clean, spacious and comfortable accommodation and a chance to experience the real Vanuatu this is the place for...

'Beach was great, food was average, when we checked-in we didn't have water in our room for several hours. Staff was very friendly.'
