'The Shambhala aparthotel was a very nice place to stay. As we enjoyed out overall stay, we do have note that the matras was terrible to sleep on and gave us terrible back and shoulder pains. My advice would be to have them replaced! In terms of the location Parque Holandes… The only restaurant worth visiting is Don Pepè at the start of the parque. Because of the isolated part the parque is located a car is surely advisable. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at Fuerteventura at the Shambhala. '

'Lovely peaceful stay. A lovely large room near to the pool. Very friendly helpful staff, especially the lady on Reception who spent a long time finding me a book to read in English and suggested many local areas of interest for us to visit. '

'This place had rude staff, refused to follow up on a single request, had paltry amenities, and was unpleasant overall. They have the phone lines broken in so you have to go to reception for any concern, and then they say they'll do something and never do. I asked TWO times about broken air conditioning, I asked TWICE for them TO CLEAN MY BED SHEETS and they NEVER DID, and I asked FIVE TIMES to have help with wifi NOT WORKING and they never showed up.
