'Clean. Friendly staff. You do hear the planes, but it didn’t bother us. It actually sounded like thunder which made sleeping easy. We were on the 2nd floor. The people above us were extremely loud. That wasn’t cool. The staff did ask them to be quieter, it helped. Great place. To stay. '

'The woman at the desk was slow and unhelpful. The bathroom door got locked closed with my dog in it and she couldn’t get the door open. The door to my room did not deadbolt and you could see at least a half inch of light from the hallway all round it. The air conditioner was extremely loud that I could not sleep. When I arrived in the room the window was wide open on the first floor!! So anyone could have climbed in and out of the room!! '
