'The apartment is beautifully put together. Great amenities - appliances, coffee, tea, oatmeal, fresh flowers, etc. This had windows all around, so great light and beautiful craftsman decor. Location was great for us - close to UCB but not overrun with students. Amazing shops within the five-seven block. Clearly a beloved neighborhood. Easy checkin and chill check out. Great bath and kitchen. Good internet etc.'

'We had the most perfect stay. The home is roomy yet comfy. There were six of us in town for UC Berkeley grad. Great location , close to campus, just a quick Uber ride . Walking distance to to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Everything worked great and house was clean and ready to go at check in .'

'This is a recently renovated house. The kitchen is well stocked with new everything. The beds are comfortable. The decor is nice. Appreciated having laundry soap, cloth napkins, the back deck, enough TP, Kleenex box, shower amenities, and nice towels. The location is prime as it is near our family and close to a plethora of good restaurants. Host was responsive to questions.One suggestion is to add screens to all windows and sliding glass doors.'
