'We were very pleased with the condition of the unit. It was very clean and comfortable, and just as listed. Overall, I was very happy we rented it and would go again. (*That being said, I'd bring - or ask for a larger coffee pot... The existing one is maybe 2 cups at most... and honestly, that was the only thing I could complain about! :) A very nice place!'

'Khen’s home was perfect for our large family. It was well equipped with everything we needed and although the area had some questionable characters pass through at times, they kept to themselves and we felt quite safe.'

'Beautifully decorated, light-filled second floor apartment with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen had good cookware, the beds were comfortable, the living room had an amazing cherry tree right outside the picture window! We really liked this house. The back yard was a nice place to sit in the afternoon sun.'

'The condo was fantastic (lots of stairs 3 stories) beds very comfortable overall a good place. The surrounding were a little scary lots of homeless but condo in a gated place with a garage behind the property & safe. '

'Overall this property served its purpose. The area was a little rough around the edges but the location was convenient for getting both to Berkeley and San Francisco. The property was is some need of repairs. The gas dryer was not connected to gas and didn’t have any heat, the kitchen was functional but some of the cabinets were falling apart. The beds were comfortable and the space was ample for our group of seven.'

'Our son was graduating from Berkeley Law School and we needed a place to accommodate a large group (10) of his friends and family. This house worked extremely well with easy access to both UC Berkely as well as San Francisco. The West Oakland Bart station was a short walk away. We were a little concerned about the neighborhood, but had no problems and we were always able to find street parking either directly in front of or very close to the house.
