'This was our second visit to Relais Villa Belvedere. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location away from the city but close to the highway works nicely. Excellent breakfast!!'

'Mooi appartement, alleen wat achterstallig onderhoud. Vochtplekken in badkamer en alles wat moet hangen zit los, zoals bv wasbak etc. Tuin meubilair was in slechte staat, alles verdiend een opknapbeurt. Airconditioning is top en personeel vriendelijk.'

'Ruim appartement, perfecte locatie. Je loopt zo het oude centrum in.. In de 3 slaapkamers zijn de bedden prima maar de bedbank in de woonkamer is niet aan te raden. Misschien voor kleine kinderen wel okay. Ontbijt in bar/café ernaast is niet uitgebreid maar prima. Fijn dat je bij de accommodatie kunt parkeren. kosten 20€ per dag.'

'Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. '

'Het was een leuke schone flat met heel aardig en behulpzame personeel aan receptie. Locatie was perfect met loopafstand tot centrum , winkels . Alleen tv was probleem want alles was in Italiaans en geen een Engels talige zender 😒'

'Check-in process was a little delayed. Location great and very big size so great for families. Didn’t know there was a washer but wish there was a dryer too. Coffee maker didn’t work. Otherwise, great place'

'Numa vita hotel is beautifully decorated, I was welcome by a very cool looking lobby, the self check-in was seamless and safe! I happened to bump into one of the staff, he graciously showed me how to lock and unlock the door, introduced me to laundry and locker room - very helpful! The room we stayed at was clean and huge ! Love that spiral staircase and the wood grained hardwood flooring, huge window, nice shower, and the window soundproof was so wonderful, we all have pleasant sleep. It would...

'De studio was fantastisch. Hier weten ze wat gastvrijheid betekent. Heerlijke massage gehad. Lekker gezwommen en uitgeblazen in de sauna. Het ontbijt is goed. De locatie is geweldig. De mensen in Florence zijn gastvrij, aardig en doen hun best om je te verstaan en te helpen. Wat een verademing is dat in tegenstelling tot de arrogantie van de Milanezen en de hooghartige inwoners van Rome. '
