'We stayed here for UMass Family weekend which is about 40 minutes away. The home is beautifully decorated (many indoor plants), very well-equipped and has wonderful outdoor landscaping. The kitchen has everything we could possibly need. David is excellent for communication and the on-site manager Willy is equally as fantastic. I’d honestly give the experience 10 stars. Everything was so easy, we would definitely stay here again!!'

'Our stay came after an 18" snowfall and near 0F cold in historic Collinsville, so we were concerned about our late arrival, parking, safe walkways and a warm home. What we found were shovelled and treated walkways, a freshly plowed parking space, lights and heat on and a lovely home on the banks of the frozen Farmington River. Coming from Texas, we couldn't have asked for a warmer welcome to Connecticut.Carol's 1860 home is nicely furnished and spotless. Crisp bed linens and oversized...
