'Great space and close to Old Garden Beach and Bearskin Beck. Needed door lock fixed and communication was impressively prompt and the handyman who fixed it was very nice. Very happy with our stay'

'It is a great place to stay with kids and older adults. So easy to get to the beautiful sandy beach. The water was so clear, shallow and gentle waves. Very refreshing water temperature. Shed in back has many beach chairs, umbrella, and sand toys, 3 floats too. Outdoor shower with hot and cold water was wonderful to change or just rinse off the sand before entering the house. Needs a bucket to rinse your feet on the side porch. Indoor showers were clean, bedding clean and comfortable, house is...

'What a beautiful, historic property!!! Ideal for families or large groups visiting the area. Plenty of parking space! Don’t think twice about booking. Communication with the host was perfection. 5 stars for sure!'

'We loved this charming Rockport cottage. The location was perfect, nice and quiet, but close to several beaches and close to all the Bearskin Neck galleries and shops. From enjoying meals on the deck to having a drink on the floating dock, watching the boats and waterbirds go by under an ever-changing sky was relaxing on a soul-level. We always love visiting beautiful Cape Ann with all there is to explore. Thank you, Allie, for being an excellent host. We definitely hope to enjoy your hospitality again!'

'Property was extremely clean. Comfortably fit my group of 8 adults. The deck hot tub was the biggest hot tub I have ever seen. Such a great place! Victor was extremely nice and responsive. '

'The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...
