I have stayed in this hotel for the first time, it was also my first time on Madeira. I travelled alone and stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is located in a beautiful garden, its actually BETTER than what you see on the photos! Hotel's personnel are all so attentive and make you feel so welcome and comfortable.
