The snag was that the only piece of furniture to sit on in the living room was a futon that was very uncomfortable and low to the ground. An older or heavier person would be unable to get up from it. The chairs in the kitchen were quite small and also uncomfortable.'

'Very nice apt..the only issue is one the owner has no control over. The guy who lived above me was always up to the wee hours of the morning..he also got up early. I could hear him dragging things, rolling furniture, etc. Having to go through 2 nights with minimal sleep, I left a day early so I could get sleep at home!'
