'My youngest daughter came home from her first year of college in Boston. We had a wonderful girls weekend in this beautiful little cottage. Bedding was cozy and everything was very clean. Lots of shopping in downtown Franklin. I will definitely be back!'

'My husband and I stayed at Magnolia Cottage for a weekend celebration for birthdays and anniversary. The property was within site of the road and a nearby neighborhood but otherwise was nice. We were pleasantly surprised to find the yard was fully fenced in and we could allow our dog to roam freely. The host Jasmine did a nice job of offering little treats to welcome us from an essential oil diffuser with floral oils, flyers for local activities of interest, dog bowls and mat, supplies to use...

'The house is nicely decorated and the beds were very nice and clean/ comfortable. It’s a good location to the shops and restaurants. The next door house is unkept and they do have many dogs which barked on and off in the night. If you have a fan or sound machine you could probably mask it. Sarah was responsive to my questions.'

'My impression is that this is a VRBO "in process." It was nice, clean and quiet but needs some care. The floors throughout where very bouncing and in the bedroom it felt in places like we might fall through. The living room needs a different couch set up as it was not easy to congregate on the couch set up. The kitchen chairs must be replaced, they actually hurt to set in as the seats were not good. 'Everything about the Cottage is Quaint, decor is perfectly appointed. It’s is very close to town. Hosts are amazing and very accommodating , they respond within a few minutes if need be! The only shortcoming is there is not a comfy chair to sit in. Other than that 5 Star! I highly recommend .'

My husband and I came from Greensboro nc for our 10th wedding anniversary for the first time visiting the Nashville area and so glad we booked this cabin. The creek is very relaxing and the cabin itself is secluded. The owner Stuart was very prompt and helpful if we had any questions.
