'Nice little cottage, has everything you need, lots of closet space. Pretty clean - however I did notice spider webs at the top near ceiling. The location is good, close to everything within minutes of driving. The place has space for two cars. The owner is very responsive and courteous. Had to put sheets on the bunk beds by myself, while being tired after the road trip before the first night. The big pool looked very nice, however only opened on the 3rd day of our visit, and once it opened -...

'Pros: Clean, gorgeous pool, diving board and slide, the beds were all comfortable, loved the location very private, 20–25-minute ride to Niagara Falls, few miles to large grocery store, plenty of towels and extra blankets. Adequate cooking supplies. Well laid out for family. Answered my questions when asked. Very responsive regarding a personal item left at the house. Cons- Minor: No baking sheets or pans. Quirky closets, one had one door, others missing knobs. Minor maintenance issues....

'Ava was a great host, fast to respond to questions, flawless check in and well stockedamenities. The home is gorgeous! We loved sitting on the front porch having our coffee and cocktail hour. The location is the best ! Great restaurants, shops and beautiful waterfront parks all with in walking distance. We rented bikes from Tour de Vine for a day, spent the day riding on picturesque roads and visiting several beautiful wineries. This was by far one of our best girls trips ever! Thank you...
