'The bed felt and sounded like an old spring mattress from the nineties, they used a dust ruffle as a blanket (not even kidding), there was mold in the shower and the sealant around the door was peeling and hanging off. The water pressure was very poor and only one of the three desk staff were pleasant toward guests, including us. 'I gave the hotel another chance but shouldn't have. The room I requested was not available when I arrived because it hadn't been cleaned. Keep in mind that I called upon my arrival in San Antonio. Several wake up calls were scheduled to no avail. I observed a couple who'd asked to access their luggage being told, "This is the last time" by the front desk agent.
