They only turn over rooms every other day but only give you enough coffee/facial wipes/cups/etc for one day. 5. No bottles of water in room. '

'The hotel is ok, it’s close to a hospital and it seems like it’s for families that need to stay close to the hospital. They charge for everything including water. No lotion in room & really bad coffee. '

'This has been a great hotel to stay at. My doctor's office is around the corner. You have at least 3 restaurants within walking distance. You also have Walmart and Costco nearby. Just didn't like that whomever was staying at the 4th floor above us kept on stepping hard since 5am. Also the water pressure was low this time around.'

Then, the sliding restroom door suddenly fell down—thank God my toddler wasn’t hit, because it was really scary. Thankfully, one of the employees saw what happened and helped. 'Perfect family destination with a ton of activities to do on the property. The amenities were in great shape. We loved the large pool, waterslides, and lazy river and appreciated that they weren't too deep for our 6 year old. We also took in pickleball, the nature trail, evening bonfires with s'mores and meals at JB's. This place is a gem and super close to Sea World. It was also an easy commute to downtown San Antonio to enjoy the Riverwalk and the Alamo. '
