'Told front staff Television was not working and was told she would send a serviceman to fix it but they never came. Front desk clerk told me the next day that she did not send a service order because I arrived late at hotel so no television all night and the following morning for kids. Was very upset they lied about sending a service person so kids could watch tv but it was never done. Felt as if my business wasn’t important to them'

'Uitstekende locatie, nette kamers en prima ontbijt. Supermarkt ligt op 50m aan de overkant van de straat en de Riverwalk is op loopafstand. '

'We stayed here for two nights, it was oké. Could be better could be worse. Close to the airport but you hardly notice that. Our ac was a bit noisy, bathroom was excellent, breakfast was crowded but oké. '

'Parking tariff are a rip off. Everytime you leave the parking they charge 20 usd plus tax overnight is 34 usd. Parking is more expensive then staying there. Whoever thought of this policy should be fired.'

'Vies hotel. Ongeintresseerd personeel. Ik had online al betaald en zij bleven maar beweren dat ik nog moest betalen, na 10 minuten ja/nee had ze de betaling toch nog gevonden. Tor liep uit kussensloop zwarte haren in bed en op kussens ( niemand van ons heeft zwart haar). '
