'Amazing location to be in the uptown areas of hillcrest/univ heights/north park. The open concept with the garage door is nice and having laundry on site is convenient as well. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. Only issue was the walls are a bit thin and the tenants in the other units didn't seem to care that the front entrance door slams pretty loud. '

'Great place especially for a larger family or group for such a good price! My kids loved it. A lot to do closeby. Great communication with owner. Loved that it was pet friendly too! Did feel like we had to be quiet so kinda stressed me out since people above and below. And we happened to go on street sweeping days so parking was difficult so just be mindful of that- I think it’s Monday and Tuesday. '
