'Great place'

'Check in with Mori was fast and informative about the hotel. We arrived to a room that had its toilet running, and about one minute after we got into the room maintenance knocked on the door to fix it. This was awkward and altered our post arrival plans. I gather the room was pre assigned and not put out of service?! The AC was ineffective since the thermostat was set to run for the minimum amount of time possible, so it turned on and off very quickly and very often. The pillows were awful, but...

'Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night'

'After a chilly afternoon poolside, I was looking forward to a hot shower and instead experienced one with barely any warmth. You would think this wouldn’t be the case in such a nice establishment. I stay here agin in June and will ask for a lower level room, hopefully it will help. Other than that, I love the place. '

When I opened the door, the room was full of someone else’s thing. Went to the desk and the young lady seemed shocked and didn’t really know what to do. After she made several phone calls. I was given keys to room 315. About to walk into the room, the door for room 313 swings open and an other employee...
