'This is a beautiful old flat (very large) in a lovey neighborhood of Boston 5 minutes from Deli, Restaurants, etc Great walking area. We enjoyed this home for a winter pre-thanksgiving gathering with our son .It was idea and lovely. Thank you to wonderful hosts who were so responsive. With appreciation, The Bridges'

'The owner has created a lovely, clean and bright oasis. Modern bathrooms and kitchen, well furnished. He is also easy to reach and eager to help guests make the most of the area. We hope to stay again.'

'We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and we had no issues with the property or neighborhood. We did however find that we could not adjust the thermostat and I've never encountered that before. It was fine the first 5 days, but on our last day it was unseasonably warm outside (had been cold the entire time before this). Due to the warmth outside, the inside of the property left us sweating and extremely uncomfortable as the thermostat was left on heat and we could not...

'I was most appreciative that this place was extremely clean. Sheets smelled nice and the bathroom was clean. This is probably the most important thing to me when I stay at VRBO. Nothing was unexpected. While we did not have much communication with the property manager, the check in process and check out process we’re both smooth. The only challenge that I would mention is that there are a lot of stairs so if you have someone elderly with you, this may be a little bit difficult as the apartment...

'I’ve stayed in two of the four condos in the building. Always takes no time to settle in and feel like it’s a second home. Every amenity anyone could want along with an incredibly responsive and helpful host. My only problem is when the condos are already booked because it is really my favorite place in Newton to stay by a wide margin.'

'Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. '
