'Excellent hotel, very convenient place with multiple subway stations within 1-2 minutes of walking distance. Rooms were clean and kept clean during the week. No experience with the breakfast and dinner options because we would always eat somewhere else. Overall a very good pick for a citytrip.'

'Fijn hotel op top locatie. Dichtbij metro, 9/11 memorial, Battery park, Brooklyn Bridge. Allemaal op loopafstand. Dagelijkse schoonmaak, schone hanndoeken en gratis flesjes water (kan ook anders in NY 😃) We hadden een kamer op hoge verdieping (24e) en dan hoor je niets van het lawaai van stad en verkeer. Hele goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding! Enige minpuntje zijn de smalle Queensize bedden. De kamer is groot genoeg voor 3/4 personen, alleen de bedden echt te smal. '

'Overal we had a nice stay in New York and the apartment. However, the communication via the Sondor app was poor. I had problems with the security payment which could not be solved via the app (at the end it took me 15min for a call). Futhermore, we had an issue with the fire alarm beeping (not solved during the evening / night).'
