'Room was clean but there were items missing from the shower - no shampoo or body wash. As well, there was a fire drill at 5:00 am - the announcement was quite loud and exact. However there was no all clear announcement made. Someone on the staff went outside to tell the people waiting outside the lobby area that it was a false alarm. The rest of us had to figure things out for ourselves in the cold - and some people were in bedclothes and no shoes. Need a better emergency plan in place.'

'We had a beautiful room with a wonderfully spacious and luxurious bathroom. The king-size bed was incredibly comfortable and had fresh linens. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked to be able to choose an egg without having to pay extra. There is ample parking, and the hotel is beautifully situated.
