Our host was very responsive to a few questions we had, and added several sweet personal touches to our stay that made the house cozy and welcoming, especially for my kids. We hiked the Catawba Trail, spent some time in nearby Black Mountain, and made s'mores by the firepit. It was a great weekend getaway for a family. '

'We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree in Asheville. The facility has plenty of parking and is clean and kept up with nicely. Having a room near the elevator was a little noisy at times but we managed. The bed was clean and comfortable. One concern was that it appeared our one bag was gone through while we were out. Can’t be 100% sure but, highly suspected it. Don’t leave valuables in the room. All in all a good stay. Free cookies appreciated!'
