I strongly advise avoiding this hotel. They falsely advertise laundry service but do not provide any laundry facilities or service whatsoever.
Upon arrival, the staff was extremely rude and difficult to reach. When I called ahead to inform them I was coming, no one answered or was present at the property. I was forced to wait approximately 25 minutes outside before I could even enter the building.
The front desk staff were consistently short, unhelpful, and borderline argumentative. When I inquired about using the air conditioning (as there is a sign instructing guests to call for permission), they rarely answered the phone and, when they did, informed me that I was not allowed to use it. Instead, they suggested opening a window. This policy appears to apply regardless of the season, based on other guest reports, and I have no reason to doubt it.
The so-called "complimentary breakfast" is misleading. It consists of stale, packaged food items placed on a plate in the room,barely qualifying as a meal. Additionally, there are drinks in the mini-fridge that appear to be complimentary. However, if you consume any of them, you will be charged without prior notice.
The management is notably rude and quick to accuse guests. For example, when I reported that a glass left in my room was already broken upon arrival, the staff member immediately claimed that I had broken it, despite my explanation.
Overall, this is a very poorly run establishment with unprofessional service.
