'We loved Pelican's Perch. Our usual house in that same neighborhood was booked for the week we wanted so we chose this little cottage. It has fantastic views, even from the inside you can see everything. Furniture was comfortable, clean and the cottage itself was clean. Very cozy! The king bed was not that great, in our opinion. The beach area and dock are great. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the chairs provided. We also brought our own chairs and sat under the house in the afternoons...

'We wanted to be close to Fairhope for a weekend with some of our grandchildren. It was just right. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. It is a great place to stay for all ages. I would recommend a stay here. '

'The cottage is very nice! It’s in a great location, not stuck between two high rises so the beach isn’t crowded. Nice big bedrooms with comfortable beds. The only negative thing I can say is that the couch looks old and is dirty. Other than the place is perfect!'

'Such a great experience! The property managers were wonderful and quick to respond with questions. We got in late and they were available even then. Cannot recommend this property enough!'

'Communication with host was great. Thank you leaving us the basics (hand soap, dish soap, furniture covers for the dogs, beach towels, toilet paper, and paper towels). Everything was “clean”; however, place could use a deep cleaning. Price was decent for accommodations and for it being pet friendly. We will return and rent again. Place could use some upgrades. Locks need to be changed they are rusted and did not lock/unlock with ease'

We only had one issue which was the dishwasher was broken due to the people before us, which would have been nice since 6 of us staying and we cooked and ate all our meals there. Other than that communication with the owners was always fast and easy and we are ready to come back and stay again. '

'The property is in a great location in downtown Gulf Shores with easy access to shops, restaurants and entertainment. It was also an easy access to the beach and the Gulf. The unit needs some upgrades, especially with the kitchen stove top. The living room furniture was not comfortable. We did enjoy our stay and would consider returning to Phoenoix All Suites.'
