'The property was very clean and the area wasn’t bad were didn’t feel unsafe walking around with our children…. The food in the restaurant was very good, staff was very polite
The hotel went the extra mile and honored my request of early check-in because we were exhausted with the kids and I later asked for a different room because the one we got was accessible room. The switched us with no complaints.
I will definitely stay there again… paid parking garage was convenient next to the hotel....
'I really enjoyed my stay at AC Hotel. The hotel itself was clean and nice. The room I had, had a separate bathroom which was different from other reviews I’ve seen. I appreciated the fact that their ice machine also dispensed water. This made staying hydrated very easy and I didn’t have to worry about finding a place to buy a case of water. The food options were limited but I ordered food for delivery so that was convenient! It was also a walk away from my work venue so that was a plus! 10/10...
'The front desk asked for a credit card for the room, the room was paid for in advance, she didn’t explain that she needed the CC for incidentals. Just caused some confusion until the manager came over. '

'Anna from the front desk was a total sweetheart! She checked us in early and even helped with our luggage! The hotel is clean, quiet and nicely decorated. The area is nice as well, Capital Park is beautiful. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, it was not very firm and my husband moves around a lot in his sleep so I didn’t sleep very well. But we know you can’t please everyone!'

'My wife and I came to Sacramento for a concert (Yelawolf), and we stayed at the Midtowner. Other than some idiot parking so close to my car I had to go in through the passenger side to leave the next morning, it was a great experience. There are a lot of late night places to eat as well within walking distance. Area seemed safe. We had a great time and will stay here when we are back in Sac. '
