'Spacious room with a very comfortable king sized bed. Best bed we have had at any of the places we've been. Clean room, we did request a change of towels earlier than they would have provided them. Tiny fridge but we didn't need it for much anyway.
Decent Continental breakfast selections. Scrambled or fried eggs, bacon or sausage patties, home fries, waffles, cereals, yogurts, bagels, toast, juices, teas, coffees, etc. Acceptable standard fare.

'This was a very nice stay. It's not perfect, of course, but it's been renovated a lot. The room condition was very nice. The only issues were internet and no local or national (ABC, CBS, NBC) network channels that we could find. But you're not there to watch TV. The housekeeping was excellent. The general vibe was "everyone mind your own business" and we appreciated that. It's close to all the tourist stuff, so it was a great home base for us to see Lake George. Very enjoyable stay overall.'

The only thing our room didn't have was a place to hang our clothes. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Access to the public transportation was easily accessible. 'Loved the lodge, beautiful grounds and convenience to downtown Lake George.
Only con was that our lodge was near the maintenance shed, which at times was quite loud. This was a slight annoyance. Wouldn't stop me from booking again'

'Place was so convenient. The manager stopped by our room with 3 cold waters shortly after arrival which was really appreciated. We used both the indoor and outdoor pools and while we stayed in a pet friendly 2 queen room, there was no evidence of odor of other dogs. Room was a nice size. Overall I think great value. '

I wasn't super thrilled with the fact that it was like a driveway where our deck was and people across the way had a boombox speaker going. Lots of kids running around, basketballs and ping pong balls hitting the cars. We were able to cook a nice meal. It would be great for a family. There was one queen size bed and two twin beds in a separate room. The living room was fairly rudimentary, no coffee table....
